Policies
Fees are applied to all weekend events and anything after 3pm Monday-Friday.
All orders need to be placed by 2pm on Wednesday for the following week, or at least 6 days before the event. We will need 14 days’ notice for ALL weekend or after hour events. This will ensure we have staffing scheduled for the event.
All orders need to be placed 6 days before the event to give time for ordering. Otherwise, we may not have something in stock for the order. We will try to accommodate all orders. We will contact you if an item is not in stock.
For any events placed less than 72 hours before the event, orders must be placed from the “Fresh Fork Express Menu” tab to guarantee product availability. You may also contact the Marketplace to see what is available for pickup or delivery.
Last minute requests must be confirmed verbally AND via email (less than 72hrs notice)
