Policies
Fees are applied to all weekend events and anything after 3pm Monday through Friday.
Catering attendant fee: minimum of 4 hours at $30 an hour per attendant
Chef fee: minimum of 4 hours at $30 an hour per chef
Bartender fee: minimum of 4 hours at $30 an hour per bartender
Dishwasher fee: minimum of 4 hours at $30 an hour
Late order fee: 25% of total order, within 48 hour of event.
Cancellation Fee: anything 24hrs prior to the event will result in a charge of $250. A fee of $150 will result in canceling any orders 24-72 hours in advance.
Event Order Entry Fee: Fee of $50 per order will be charged to have catering team input event orders into CaterTrax
There will be a Change Fee for day of changes - $150 no matter group size. This includes food quantities, relocating a set-up, food additions, set-up and/or breakdown times, etc.
Discarding event alcohol: $150
We are not responsible for discarding and/or storing alcohol. The building does not have a liquor license.
All orders need to be placed by 1pm the Thursday for the following week, or at least 5 days before the event. This will ensure we have staffing scheduled for the event.
All orders need to be placed 5 days before the event to give time for ordering. Otherwise, we may not have something in stock for the order.
For any events placed less than 72 hours before the event, orders must be placed from the “Fresh Fork Express Menu” tab to guarantee product availability.
Last minute requests must be confirmed verbally AND via email (less than 72hrs notice)
